Christmas is coming!
Welcome to our Christmas pages. Much of the traditional food associated with the Christmas season contains large quantities of dairy produce, so the following recipes contain a selection of adapted and adjusted versions to cater for most requirements ranging from Winter Warmers through traditional Christmas food to a range of party-type recipes. As usual, they are adapted as little as possible so that they retain the flavour and texture of the original recipe. I have used all of them on dairy-loving members of the family and 99% of the time they can't tell the difference. Enjoy!
