NOTE: you may want to read our guide to which milk to use when cooking!

Christmas
Much of the traditional food associated with the Christmas season contains large quantities of dairy produce, so the following recipes contain a selection of adapted and adjusted versions to cater for most requirements ranging from Winter Warmers through traditional Christmas food to a range of party-type recipes. As usual, they are adapted as little as possible so that they retain the flavour and texture of the original recipe. I have used all of them on dairy-loving members of the family and 99% of the time they can't tell the difference. Enjoy!
